I bake orders fresh Monday - Friday and dispatch on the same or next day. Orders made on the weekend will be baked and sent out on Monday.

Postal brownies + cookies are sent in a box that should fit through your letterbox, so you don't have to worry about missing a delivery.
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Large Letter or Small Parcel:
• Royal Mail 2nd Class - Not Tracked: (2-3 business days) costs £2.99
• Royal Mail 1st Class - Not Tracked: (1-2 business days) costs £3.49
• Royal Mail 24 - Tracked - EXPRESS: (1-2 business days) costs £3.99 **RECOMMENDED**
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - Tracked - RUSH: (next business day) costs £10.99. Please send me a message before ordering!
Orders with a total value of £60+ will need to be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed please select this option at checkout!

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on perishable goods such as food if they have already been baked. Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. If you have purchased an order by mistake you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you are eligible for a refund or exchange please e-mail us at hellobloombakery@gmail.com, please include a receipt or proof of purchase in your e-mail.

Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
